The counterparty account object and related API endpoints are deprecated, will be removed, and should no longer be used.

Events are created as counterparty accounts are created or updated in Numeral. An update can be the update of any attribute, such as a status, a date, or any other data. Learn more about events and webhooks in Numeral.

Events

Event	Description
auto_approved	Counterparty account has been created and automatically approved.
pending_approval	Counterparty account has been created and is pending approval.
approved	Counterparty account has been approved and can be used to send and collect payments.
denied	Counterparty account has been denied and cannot be used to send and collect payments.
updated	Counterparty account has been updated.
disabled	Counterparty account has been disabled and cannot be used to send and collect payments.
verified	Counterparty has been verified.

Statuses

Event	Description
pending_approval	Counterparty account has been created and needs to be approved before being used.
approved	Counterparty account has been approved and can be used to send and collect payments.
denied	Counterparty account has been denied and cannot be used to send and collect payments.
updated	Counterparty account has been updated.
disabled	Counterparty account has been disabled and cannot be used to send and collect payments.
