Returns a single proxy lookup by its ID. Scoped to the caller's legal entity — lookups belonging to other tenants surface as 404. Returns the lookup regardless of its stored status (completed, failed, or not_found). Note: a stored not_found status means the directory had no entry for the queried key; it is not the same as a 404 response from this endpoint, which means the proxy lookup row itself does not exist in our database.
