Learn how to security log in and authenticate yourself to the Mambu Payments dashboard using standard login or single sign-on (SSO).

Standard login

Use your email address, password, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to log in to the Mambu Payments dashboard.

Setting up multi-factor authentication

To setup MFA and generate an OTP:

1. Use a password manager like 1Password, Dashlane, or LastPass or an MFA app like Authy, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator
2. Scan the QR code to generate an OTP
3. Enter the OTP to finalise the setup

Resetting MFA

If you are locked out of your account, ask a dashboard admin user to reset MFA for you:

1. Go to Settings > Users and click on the user
2. Click on Actions > Reset multi-factor authentication (MFA)

To reset your password, click on Forgot password? on the login screen.

Single sign-on

With single sign-on (SSO), users authenticate using their identity provider and do not need to re-enter their email address, password, and MFA.

Mambu Payments supports SSO with the following enterprise identity providers out of the box:
