Option 1: As a new Swift customer

If you're new to the Swift ecosystem and would like to purchase a first BIC code, able to reach the Swift network via Mambu Payments, follow the below steps:

1. Get in touch with Mambu so that our team fully understands your needs and support you in this onboarding process
2. Sign up to Swift.com
3. Contact the Swift Sales team to subscribe to an Alliance Cloud subscription
4. Complete your Swift KYB
5. In the quotation process, highlight that your Swift Business Connect provider will be Mambu Payments (Numeral), with the BCPXFR2D partner BIC
6. After having reviewed the quote with your Swift Account Manager, you will receive an e-order form for Alliance Cloud where the relevant quote ID will need to be specified
7. Once completed, your Pilot (sandbox) account will be provisioned by Swift the following weekend. In parallel, your Mambu tenant will be provisioned by your account manager
8. You will be able to perform end-to-end tests or bank homologations in the Pilot environment
9. Once ready, our team will plan the go-live with you

Option 2: As an existing Swift customer subscribing to a new BIC using Mambu

If you already are a Swift customer and intend to order a new BIC (to be used for a new country/branch, payment scheme, or different use case), you can follow the below steps:

1. Get in touch with Mambu so that our team fully understands your needs and advise you
2. Inform your Swift Account Manager that you’d like to use Mambu Payments (BCPXFR2D partner BIC) as your Swift Business Connect provider for the new BIC to order
3. Steps 6-9 from option 1 can be followed

To be noted that your existing Swift BICs will remain linked to the existing infrastructure that ties them to Swift, either an on-premise Alliance Access infrastructure, or a separate Swift bureau.

Option 3: As an existing Swift customer migrating one or multiple BICs to Mambu

If you are already connected to Swift with one or multiple BICs, but would like to migrate them to Mambu, operating as your Swift Business Connect provider, follow the below steps:

1. Get in touch with Mambu so that our team fully understands your needs and advise you
2. Additional steps will depend on the Swift infrastructure your organization is currently using (on-premise Alliance Access infrastructure, separate Swift bureau, etc.).
