New SEPA claims and inquiries objects
SEPA credit transfer indirect participants must be able to receive SEPA claims and inquiries. It just got easier to support them with Numeral:
- Numeral launches a new Claim object meant to surface inbound and outbound Claim Non-Receipt and Claim for Value Date Correction messages. Claims will automatically be created when received from other participating banks. Sending claims is also supported in beta with a first set of sponsor banks. Contact us to learn more about it.
- Numeral’s existing Inquiry object capturing investigation operations now supports inquiries related to Claim Non-Receipt and Claim for Value Date Correction, in addition to inquiries on Recalls/RRO. Sending inquiries is also available in beta for a list of sponsor banks.

In addition, Claims and Inquiries objects are also available in the Numeral dashboard under a new ‘Investigations’ section, where Return request objects have also been moved into:
