Various improvements on VOP

Increased completion rates: We have loosened message validation criteria to maximize the number of successful requests.
Simplified status details: The information provided for failed outgoing requests has been streamlined for greater clarity.
Standardised data formatting: To ensure system compatibility, all accents and special characters are now removed for outgoing request and names exceeding 140 characters are blocked pre-emptively.
Enhanced transparency: To give you a clear record of transaction computations, we now store retrieved_identifications to show the names fetched and include the distance used (Levenshtein or Jaro-Winkler) and thresholds in the request to clarify how the matching result was determined.
