Swift GPI payment tracking in the dashboard

Swift GPI payment tracking is now available in the dashboard. Tracked payments display a Swift GPI tracking tab showing the processing timeline and status across correspondent banks.
This builds on the previously released Swift GPI tracking through partner banks.
