Organisation identifiers in the dashboard

The dashboard now supports the full organization_identification structure for internal and external accounts, as defined in ISO 20022 and EPC VOP specifications.
What's new
Account creation and editing forms accept multiple organisation identifier types (SIREN, SIRET, DUNS, TAXID, and others). These map to the organization_identification.others structure in the API.
Organisation identifiers are visible in account detail views and in counterparty panels across payment orders, incoming payments, expected payments, and captures.
legal_entity_identifier continues to work as before.
No API changes, this is a dashboard-only feature.
