Event delivery visibility in the dashboard

The Developers > Events screen now shows delivery counts alongside colour-coded status indicators:
| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | All deliveries succeeded |
| Yellow | At least one delivery pending |
| Red | At least one delivery failed |
| None | No webhook configured |
Each event now includes a Deliveries tab listing all delivery attempts for that event.
No API changes, this is a dashboard-only feature.
