Contact VOP participant

You can now contact other VOP participants directly from the Mambu Payments dashboard, reducing manual data entry and speeding up resolution times.
When viewing an incoming or outgoing VOP request, you will now see a Contact button.
Clicking this will automatically open your default email client with a pre-composed message including:
- Recipient: The operational contact email address of the RVM as retrieved from the EPC Directory Service
- Subject: A descriptive subject including the request ID
- Body: The email is pre-filled with the key information the recipient needs to identify and investigate the request
