Adding support for T2 payments

Numeral customers can now create T2 (formerly TARGET2) payments through the API or the dashboard for supported banks.
T2 payments enable companies and financial institutions to send high-value and urgent domestic and cross-border (within the euro zone) credit transfers, settled in real time in their partner bank’s central bank accounts.
To create a T2 payment, select target2 as a payment type when creating a payment order.
