Enabling corporate customers to track returns

[2023-03-15] We are now enabling corporate customers to easily track returns. When a payment order is returned, Numeral automatically:

• Creates a return object linked to the corresponding payment order
• Updates the status of the corresponding payment order to returned
• Reconciles the return with the corresponding transaction booked on the account

To enable this feature, you need to subscribe to and receive debit and credit notifications camt.054 files from your bank.
