Account holder creation from the dashboard

You can now create and manage account holders directly from the Numeral dashboard. This was only possible before through the API.

Previously called Counterparties, account holders can now be:

• Created and edited in the dashboard
• Linked to external or internal accounts
• Used as parents for receiving accounts in payment orders
